A candidate will be permitted to appear for the semester end examination at the end
of each semester only if:
1. He/ She secure not less than 75 percent of
attendance during that semester.
2. He/ She earns a progress certificate from the
Head of the Department concerned of having satisfactorily completed the course
of study prescribed in the subject as required by these regulations
and
3. His/ Her conduct has been
satisfactory
However, the Principal may condone the shortage in the attendance up to a maximum of
15 percent for valid reasons on paying the prescribed fee for condo nation.
The Course of study for the B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., degree shall consist of the
following

The course of study for Part I shall comprise the study of Tamil or any one of the

the syllabi and text-books prescribed from time to time.
